Research & Collaboration

I am currently researching organizational design and workforce development in relation to information-intensive professions. I am interested in the challenges that cultural heritage organizations are facing in developing more inclusive, team-oriented, and agile working environments.

I am particularly interested in working with community projects, start-ups and non-profits in the St. Louis region, but will consider other in situ opportunities as they arise.

Teaching & Workshops

I'd love to have an opportunity to develop or re-purpose one of the ideas from the courses page, and I also have experience with virtual classrooms and private courses.
